I appreciated that I was able to be seen within 30 minutes without an appointment. The front desk is direct and about her business which could be received as rude. I didn't take it as such. My technician was polite, reassuring, patient and took her time with me. I have an uneasy feeling when I See needles. The 3 stars is for the dust, the buildup in the corners, etc. Never should a medical facility look dirty. If it's dirty, it's most likely not disinfected. RED FLAG....I was shocked, especially post COVID-19.
I was here for the 3Hour OGTT and the associates were all kind and considerate. The long wait didn't feel so long at the end of tge day. Thank you all.
The people at this labcorp are very professional and respectful of you and your time. The doors are open on time and patients don't have to wait very long before they are called to the back. They are very friendly and are willing to answer any questions one may have.
They did not have a copy of my standing order on file after they themselves got the original. 7am appointment wasted since I had to request a new copy from the doctor’s office, which of course opens at 8.
