Horrible. 45 mins wait with no staff on the front desk. I have an appt but ended leaving, with no bloodwork done. A total waste of my time. Go somewhere.
Wife’s appointment was at 12:30…arrived but no one was at the receptionist area and it remained vacant for nearly half an hour. Explained my wife was waiting outside and I’d bring her in when they were ready…but when I did so they weren’t ready to see her so we left in frustration. Never again.
Do NOT go here. Even after making an appointment, you'll wait over an hour. And if you don't make one? Be prepared to wait half a day. Labcorp has gone completely downhill. Go to Quest Diagnostics instead. Seriously.
Yesterday was my first time visiting this LabCorp location and unfortunately, my experience was not positive. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed the lack of staff: only one person at the reception desk had to handle the check-in and registration of all patients. She was polite and efficient, but clearly overwhelmed with the workload. In the blood draw area, there were only two phlebotomists available to manage a constant flow of patients, which resulted in very long wait times for walk-ins. The experience was awful. Staff members were hostile. Phlebotomist was indifferent to the pain her incompetence was causing me. I only went there because I couldn’t get an appointment elsewhere. I won’t go there again.
