Understaffed and inefficient. Told to wait when I wanted to ask if my order was in. Told that it was not after a long wait. Called to get it faxed. Once someone available to all about it told to wait again. Eventually left after 50 minutes, no one at desk.
I’ve been here a handful of times to get my blood taken. Each time I come I make an appointment to avoid a long wait. The staff is nice, friendly, and gets the job done, but it’s extremely understaffed. There’s always a wait, especially if you don’t have an appointment.
One hour just to get checked in . Never anyone in the front . Multiple people standing up becuase they don’t have enough chairs!
I went to LabCorp on Van Deusen in Laurel MD this morning, and as usual, had a great experience. I had an appointment and was in and out in minutes. However, more importantly, the staff was kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Sometimes the place is packed, but the cheerfulness and kindness is always high. I highly recommend this LabCorp. The staff sometimes has a difficult job, but they always do it with grace.
Shout out to Yolanda at Labcorp in Laurel! The service was quick, friendly, and professional. Thank you for making the experience smooth and stress-free.
