Dog kisses confusing to try to find. There should be a bigger sign on the door to open the door. There's not enough room in the waiting room. I've been in there for 20 minutes now it's packed. It is very Stuffy.
I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The gentleman at the front counter was incredibly unprofessional. When I asked a few basic questions, his tone was condescending and dismissive—it felt like he was taking a bad day out on patients. To make matters worse, his lack of attention led to my paperwork being processed incorrectly. When I had to go back to address the error, the woman at the front desk was equally rude and unhelpful. Very friendly, respectful, and accommodating staff. I had positive interactions with every staff member I encountered. Getting labs can be nerve-wracking for various reasons, but this location's customer service and professionalism help ease some of that anxiety.
Best Labcorp in area !! Well ran, easy to check in and with an appointment there was virtually no wait time . Nurses are experts in blood draw and all the staff is incredibly nice and friendly, worth driving to Laurel for this labcorp. Nice work ladies
I am researching any other place to do lab work. This was a terrible experience
