I had such a great experience here. It was my first time visiting this location and I didn't have any issues at all! Upon arrival, there was a long line at the kiosk to check in, but luckily I was able to check in on my phone. My appointment was at 12:30 and I was called to the back at 12:34, so I recommend checking in with the second option on your phone. I am a volunteer driver taking seniors to medical appointments, which means I spend a lot of time at test laboratories. Labcorp Laurel is the worst I have ever seen. Today, 9/4 I arrived at 3:45 with my passenger. There was no one at the desk, and no one answered the phone when I called at 3:54. Horrible. 45 mins wait with no staff on the front desk. I have an appt but ended leaving, with no bloodwork done. A total waste of my time. Go somewhere.
Wife’s appointment was at 12:30…arrived but no one was at the receptionist area and it remained vacant for nearly half an hour. Explained my wife was waiting outside and I’d bring her in when they were ready…but when I did so they weren’t ready to see her so we left in frustration. Never again.
