If I could give it at negative I would. They had to prick me three times. Two of them were in my forearms which isn’t correct. I now have bruises and can’t really move my arms.
First time at this location and I will NOT return. I had three tests ordered by my doctor, two of which on one order. Both orders are available in their system. The phlebotomist was rude at greeting and dismissive, which is likely why she completely missed the other test - which was more crucial to the medical issue I’m having. I needed to educate myself after the fact that was the more crucial test. I've been going here on a regular basis for 3 years. With an appointment, I'm always in and out quickly. The staff are excellent. Some reviews complain of a rude man - There's one person who has a flat expression, flat voice, and doesn't make any small talk, but he's absolutely never rude. That's just how he is - don't take it personally. He's skilled at drawing blood. Smiling and making small talk isn't the mark of a good phlebotomist, and most of the people here don't make much small talk either. They're efficient.
Them people that worked today 03/27/2025 this am rude as hell the black guy with the nonchalant attitude as if he dont like his job find more front desk staff / phlebotomist i dont understand your dealing with the public They are really RUDE !!!!!!
