Great service
Took me after an hour when I had an appointment . Were very rude. The guy drawing the blood was extremely rough with my arm after arguing with my mom. I have special needs and he took his anger out on me. Didn’t even care.
Arrived 10 minutes before my appointment at 730 on the 22nd of June. Staff didn’t show up for work until 740 and told me I had to wait till they set up shop. Had to rush to work so couldn’t get my labs done. This place also known for the rudeness of the staff
Dog kisses confusing to try to find. There should be a bigger sign on the door to open the door. There's not enough room in the waiting room. I've been in there for 20 minutes now it's packed. It is very Stuffy.
I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The gentleman at the front counter was incredibly unprofessional. When I asked a few basic questions, his tone was condescending and dismissive—it felt like he was taking a bad day out on patients. To make matters worse, his lack of attention led to my paperwork being processed incorrectly. When I had to go back to address the error, the woman at the front desk was equally rude and unhelpful.
