I'll be going elsewhere for future bloodwork. The receptionist was OK, though she had cold attitude towards patients. The technician who drew my blood could use better training, both socially and technically. I could barely hear what she was saying and she was very terse or just ignored me (or she spoke so under the breath that I couldnt hear her). There’s no way I’m going back to this location for lab work. The waiting room was jammed. People were standing. A woman was there with 2 young children who were sitting in the chairs while older people and people with walkers were standing. The receptionist was rude. Then they tell you to go into the area where they draw the blood. Again, people standing, waiting. Mi first time at the Millesrsville office. Phlebotomist Sade was the best I've ever had; I am 73 years old and have plenty of experience. She made me close both fists in order to pick which was the best arem to get the sample from (my lert arm); then she made me place the right wrist under the left elbow and make a fist in both my hands, then she pricked me. I did not feel it at all.
