Mi first time at the Millesrsville office. Phlebotomist Sade was the best I've ever had; I am 73 years old and have plenty of experience. She made me close both fists in order to pick which was the best arem to get the sample from (my lert arm); then she made me place the right wrist under the left elbow and make a fist in both my hands, then she pricked me. I did not feel it at all.
Excellent experience! Arrived early for my appointment and was seen right away. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Sade, the phlebotomist was AMAZING! Very personable, professional and an overall beautiful spirit. Thank you for easing my mind and making the experience enjoyable!
I've been to this location a number of times and it's gone pretty smoothly. Today's visit, I encountered the most rude and obnoxious receptionist or intake person. If you as the owner are getting multiple complaints why have you not done anything? A little service training certainly needs to be done.
Best place for bloodwork. Shardee (probably not spelled correctly) took excellent care of me. Everyone here is consistently professional and courteous. I have rolling veins and they have never had an issue with getting the blood. Highly recommend.
The service technician was so sweet. Not too long of a wait. The check in was smooth and efficient
