I've been to this location a number of times and it's gone pretty smoothly. Today's visit, I encountered the most rude and obnoxious receptionist or intake person. If you as the owner are getting multiple complaints why have you not done anything? A little service training certainly needs to be done.
Best place for bloodwork. Shardee (probably not spelled correctly) took excellent care of me. Everyone here is consistently professional and courteous. I have rolling veins and they have never had an issue with getting the blood. Highly recommend.
The service technician was so sweet. Not too long of a wait. The check in was smooth and efficient
My recent visit was strange. The receptionist was cold and unpleasant to deal with and extremely passive. The blood technician from Cameroon made up for the frosty reception. She was kind and gentle. She drew my blood with ease and I didn’t bruise this time.
Came here to do bloodwork, I preferred a male person to do the bloodwork and Mandrel was the person there that took care of me. Very professional and experienced, I have a history of bad experiences with bloodwork since the person doing it has a hard time finding my vain. But Mandrel did it on the first try and was done I would say under a minute. Thanks Mandrel! I would recommend this location.
