The front desk only has 1 person, and the lobby is full. I couldn't drop off my specimen. Every time I go to this location, it is never a smooth experience. WHY HAVE 1 person working the front desk when the lobby area is so full it is standing-room only? When I tried to ask another staff member they ignored me and kept walking. RUDE!!! DO BETTER. This community deserves better.
It is fine when the system works, but they don’t save faxes from doctors and their system doesn’t notify you when they won’t be able to conduct the test. I won’t be back.
Do not come here. Unsanitary and rude staff. Nurse picked up bandaid wrappers (trash) off of the ground, did not change gloves, and continued on with next patient. None of the nurses cleaned the chairs/arm rests after each patient, and when I asked the nurse to wipe down the chair she gave me attitude for the remainder of my appointment. Waiting room is also gross and check in kiosks are out of order.
I come to this location because my doctor is located in the same building. My visits are always walk-ins and my wait is usually only a few mins. Today, Sade did my bloodwork and I am pleasantly surprised! People usually struggle to find my veins and either use my wrist or dig the needle around in my arm, causing me a lot of pain. With Sade, it was quick and painless. She’s amazing! She was very professional and I even noticed her disinfecting after patients and changing gloves.
Terrible. If you don't have an appointment don't bother going. This place is not conducive of walk-ins. Even if you are the first person in the door, every person will be put above you on the list to the point where you're looking at a 3 hour wait that just keeps getting longer everytime someone walks through the door. But wait! If you want to make an appointment make sure you make it a week in advance otherwise the only option will be at night. Which sucks if you have to fast before your procedure.
