The place is an absolute maze and it is not very clear on the site which suite is the correct one. Once I located it, though, the phlebotomist (I believe her name was Taneka? I have a bad memory) was very kind and professional. She got me in and out quickly, drew my blood well with minimum pain, and was also lovely to talk to (which put me at ease).
I was ignored but good thing another tech was nice enough to ask me what I needed help with.
Angela make a big difference in this place, I know her for so long, my kids do not want someone different. If Angela is not there they turn nervous and afraid. She is amazing.
In and out in 12 minutes without an appointment. Friendly staff and an excellent phlebotomist
