I had a terrible experience at this location. Venus Simons both checked me in and drew my blood. Throughout the entire visit she was rude, dismissive, and condescending when I asked simple questions about my insurance and lab work.
This is the best labcorp location in the area! Staff is always patient and pleasant. Blood draws are a breeze- Venus is wonderful!
Rude staff don’t come here they will mess up your lab orders I had to keep coming back for redraw very unprofessional
I would like a manager to reach out about the most terrible experience I had here with the techs on Thursday Lazy women with attitudes older lady Venus is bitter and jealous only allowed 30 secs to drug test that staff was rude and unpleasant never experienced anything such !! I will be reaching out to labcorp Corporate! Valincia Davis expressed to me how she’s been doing this for over 20 years and continued to go back and forth with me the WHOLE VISIT ! It gave jealousy per usual
