I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the service I received at your Greenbelt location, located at 6201 Greenbelt Rd, Unit U1, Berwyn Heights, MD 20740. On 8/27/25 I visited this location to complete a urinalysis required for my employment. Upon arrival, I informed the receptionist of the purpose of my visit. This receptionist was careless with not even trying to check what I was getting done nor asking me if I wanted to wait or come back at another time. She turned me away immediately. I had a terrible experience at this location. Venus Simons both checked me in and drew my blood. Throughout the entire visit she was rude, dismissive, and condescending when I asked simple questions about my insurance and lab work.
This is the best labcorp location in the area! Staff is always patient and pleasant. Blood draws are a breeze- Venus is wonderful!
Rude staff don’t come here they will mess up your lab orders I had to keep coming back for redraw very unprofessional
