It was very busy and service was slow. I ended up waiting over an hour since checking in. However, the staff was courteous
The bureaucracy at this place is ludicrous and unbelievable. Can’t believe they’d treat me the way they did. Awful!
By profession, I am a medical doctor, and throughout my entire career I have never experienced such a delay in a drug screening process. I’ve been waiting for over two hours, which is simply unacceptable. This is not a place I would recommend to anyone. On top of the excessive wait, the employees have been extremely rude and unprofessional. Could you please let me know how much longer this drug screening is expected to take?
