If I could I would give no stars. For the day of Tuesday June 9th . I get to my son’s Appointment early. To make sure there is no issues. And he’s good to go. However for some reason be on know the lady at the front. Saw that we was early so she decided to more my son. What ever that mean. This is what she said. I moved him because you were early. Disrespectful front desk staff and honestly if you dont like your job leave the field. Please! Some people have urgent sensitive things that need to be handled with compassion and THIS AINT IT.
The place is an absolute maze and it is not very clear on the site which suite is the correct one. Once I located it, though, the phlebotomist (I believe her name was Taneka? I have a bad memory) was very kind and professional. She got me in and out quickly, drew my blood well with minimum pain, and was also lovely to talk to (which put me at ease).
