Overall good professionalism and attitude from majority and staff .leaving a 2 star due to first staff member to provide service during Labs dropping supply in garbage and proceeded to use supply instead of just getting a new one.
They really should have a sign out front to specify the drop off procedure. Those who don’t know; yes, you do have to do the express check-in to drop off a specimen.
I wanted to bring to your attention my recent experience during a blood draw. The technician appeared to be inexperienced and had difficulty using the syringe properly. Despite my veins being clearly visible, she attempted multiple times on both of my hands and elbows, causing unnecessary discomfort. A week has passed, and I am still experiencing pain from the procedure. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter to ensure a better experience for patients in the future.
Came a couple minutes late for my appointment but checked in virtually from the car where I could wait. Only waited 20 minutes before I received a text, came in and waited for maybe 5 more minutes before I was called and treated extremely efficiently and kindly by my technician Angela. She deserves a raise! I’ve now been to two different Labcorp locations within two weeks and this one exceeded expectations.
Went in with an appointment, checked in at the kiosk, waited a brief period of time and was taken care of very efficiently, kindly and respectfully by Angela. Unfortunately for her, she was both the receptionist and the lab tech, yet she handled her responsibilities with the utmost of patience. A very pleasant experience. Thank you!
