Lady that answered the phone, name is Anna, was very rude. I couldn’t even get what I needed out of my mouth before she was yelling “STOP STOP we don’t have that information you have to go online” I understand things are troubled right now, with Covid cases going up, but my grandfather is sick, possibly with Covid, got a Covid test and they gave a paper that says check it online which he doesn’t know how to do. Was not helpful, and very rude.
Went to my regular doctor in DECEMBER 2020. Doctor needed simple lab work. I came to GADSDEN LABCORP. I found out from my doctor yesterday that they never received the lab work from LAST YEAR!!! On top of that, they wouldn't let me get my lab work done until I paid a bill from 2015 or 2016 that had already been paid!!! This is unprofessional and UNACCEPTABLE! Also they charged my insurance for the lab work as well and didn't even give the results to my doctor like they were ORDERED TO DO!!
I regularly have lab work done here. The staff is always professional and good to work with. I would suggest them to anyone looking for a lab to use in Gadsden, AL. Thanks!
Got blood work done, only got stuck once. They also will give you a text when they are ready for you so you don’t have to wait in the lobby.
