My experience at labcorp has always been positive. The staff are, courteous, friendly and professional. The phlebotomists are skilled and quick!
My husband and I walked in here because we needed to get fasting blood tests. There were about 8 people already waiting. My husband walked up to the front desk and handed the receptionist his doctor's order. She took it and told him to have a seat. I went to hand her mine and she told me I had to check-in on the kiosk. A little surprised, but OK, I checked in on the kiosk. The computer said it would be a 3 hour wait! I checked in anyway. When you call they say you can walk in. There are no appointments available for the next few weeks. Woke son up early for a lab to go walk in today at 645 and lady said you can’t walk in and have to schedule on the kiosk in the lobby. Worst location in our area.
Tonya really helped. She’s the supervisor for a reason her voice was kind and she directed us for the help we desperately needed. Thank you Tonya for being a rockstar
For being under staffed, they do an amazing job. Always personable and professional. Work very hard at making your experience comfortable. Been going there a long time. Never had a bad experience.
