Best experienc at a lab. All the ladys there are so kind and helpful! I tried going to the one in Enterprise and left before I got drawn because that lady was so rude to me and I wasn't confident she wouldn't mess it up somehow. Went to Dothan and was treated like a human being! Never going anywhere else
The staff is kind, but they will routinely book 25 patients or tests in a day and only have 1 person working. The person gets overwhelmed and not everyone gets there tests done. It is terribly organized.
I drive all the way from Geneva, get here at 11:50, and they are closed for lunch. It states plainly on the door closed from 12:00‐1:00 for lunch.
The staff is wonderful, helpful and very professional!
