Checked in with my lab papers from the Dr. and they called 2 people back that came in after me so I go up and ask tell the receptionist that I was ahead of them and she putting in my papers I handed to her and said they wouldn't call me back til she gets the orders in. This is pure BS and shes very slow at putting my orders in. Ill never ever come back here again.
Staff is kind, however, client organization method needs attention. My review is based on practicality. I was a walk-in client. I watched at least 5-7 other people who arrived after me be seen promptly - before me. I sat for over an hour before inquiring about MY wait. Nobody else waited more than 5-10 minutes before being seen. Staff’s reason for my having to wait over an hour was because “they have appointments.” I get that. That’s how it should be. They never pick up the phone
Was driving behind one of their drivers who almost swerved into the opposite lane and swerving all over the road. Thought she was under the influence until we seen she was on her phone. Sad
I have used this facility for the last few years, with no problems. The last 2 times I have been there. The wait time has exceeded one and one half hours. The last time I went the woman did not put the reason codes in for insurance to pay. So my Medicare did not pay. So now I’m in a fight with Medicare to get my money back. No help from this facility or from the corporate office.yesterday I stupidly went back and walked out after the excessive wait time.
