They did amazing they were super nice and they got me in and out quickly and (mostly) painlessly!
Impossible to reach by phone. Had an appointment at 1:45. Got in after 3! No hustle in office by the women. They were all having their socializing laughter and easy going conversations while the waiting room was packed. They don't care! LabCorp in general does NOT want a productive, personable, empathetic, public association. We are just numbers, it's all mechanical. Having to make appointments online is symptomatic of the issue!!!
They open at 7 and should be prepared for people to come in before they go to work or getting it over early because they have to fast. The older woman at the desk complained to us waiting in line that we should expect to wait because we were wrong for coming in early to get it over and get on with our day. Wait was almost 1 and a half hours, check in machine not working well. Older woman has yelled at me twice when drawing my blood, thank goodness, today l got the younger woman. This location had only one staff member working. She was doing the office work and drawing labs. Very rude to the patients and anyone who came up to the desk, unprofessional, and complaining about not getting lunch until 2:00pm the prior day. Lab Corp says “walk-ins” welcome but I highly recommend making an appointment. I waited well over 2 1/2 hours to have one lab drawn. This location also felt very dirty and the maximum occupancy in the waiting room was not being enforced, despite Covid-19.
There was a little wait due to amount of people waiting and only one person working at desk today. I was a walk-in so appointments first. I was nervous due to either trouble finding my vein and having to get picked a few times. Marina is the one who drew my blood, she was awesome I didn’t even feel anything. Thank You Marina for your awesome customer service and the Great work that you do in drawing my blood.
