If I could rate LabCorp zero stars, I would! The lab test cost FOUR times what I have paid at other labs; they lost the orders to do the lab tests and it took several calls and faxes to have the lab personnel finally acknowledge receipt of the orders; when I called to make an appointment at LabCorp, the person answering the phone was brusque and rude; I had to go back a second time for another blood draw because the phlebotomist didn’t order the correct tests; finally, after LabCorp’s assurances the provider would have the t... read more
Very rude and the attitude is somethin else
Worst lab I have been to. Staff won’t help if you ask and are very rude. Go to Monument Lab or Sanford Lab instead.
