Worse service ever. Understaffed. Where do I start? I wanted to add a self pay test while I was there and could not order from the front desk, I had to do it on my phone. I had my small children with me and there were no seats for them in the blood draw room. My son left a drawing there and luckily someone answered when I called and set it aside but when I came back to get it, it took 20 minutes just to get someone’s attention to hand it to me as it was behind the glass. Very easy to schedule and get the day and times you need.
They were so nice and so kind . I hate needles and they were gentle and wonderful.
Efficient check in, friendly service, on schedule And results the next day. 👍🏼
