En este laboratorio deberían verificar la calidad de empleados que tienen en el día de hoy fui mal tratada por su empleada con un acto de racimos ya que según ella no me podía atender porque había llegado tarde después que tuve que esperar en la recepción 10 minutos a que ella saliera sin contar que crítico que no hablara bien inglés cómo si ella fuese una nativa americana
Went to this location for blood work for my wife’s insurance. I normally have a difficult reaction to blood work no matter how much I try to calm myself, but this place gave me the best experience in at least a year if not more. Anna helped me and was the nicest most considerate lobotomist I’ve ever met, I barely felt the needle, and she kept me distracted from the whole thing with small talk, something nobody else has ever done for me. Went on 11/02/2023 am. rude receptionist/ phlebotomist ,HOFFMAN ESTATES site ,no manners ,yelling guess staff shortage ,never had problems with ELIZABETH who is kind and soft spoken ,she was off that day going for 7 years ,NO MORE . First this lady needs to answer politely ,Being from health care fields never experienced rude people ,they need to learn manners ,wouldn’t tell me her name ,labcorp will figure out who she is .
The hours on the door are different from the hours on their website. If you tell them that, they tell you "You must have looked at the wrong website." 2023 update - I posted a picture of the hours on the door of their new location at 3200 W Higgins, because as usual for these incompetents, the hours are not the same on their website.
Went in with an appointment made ahead of time and self check in was super easy. Overall a good experience!
