After waiting more than 25 minutes past my scheduled appointment, I spoke to the woman at the front desk, who lied by saying she had been trying to contact me. No emails, no texts, no phones calls and I'd been sitting in their waiting area for a half hour. How possibly was she trying to contact me? Will never waste my time at this location again.
Probably shouldn’t fling open the door to your work vehicle and door ding my car while we’re sitting in our car and just wave like you didn’t do anything. Poor business practice.
I have used LabCorp for years at the Northgate Iowa City location and I have always had a good experience. My veins are small and deep set and they tend to roll away. This location has always gotten the job done with first poke. The staff are friendly, professional, efficient and organized. I have never had any issues in getting my lab information afterwards.The place is always clean and I never have to wait long in afternoons. I am grateful for the years of great experiences here.
