Very unpleasant and unprofessional place. When I told the lady at the front desk I was having issues with checking in, she gave me the meanest look for interrupting whatever she was doing. My phlebotomist poked me three times, twice on one arm in the same vein and got almost some of the vials full. She then poked my hand and couldn't draw any blood from it. I just had my blood drawn by Renee. What a pleasant personality. She was very friendly and had a wonderful smile. And I did not feel the stick when she drew my blood. I was very pleased with her service today. A true professional.
Quick and easy blood draws. Super convenient to use the affordable OnDemand tests purchased online, online appt scheduling, then online check in. I usually arrive 20-30 minutes prior to scheduled appointment, check in from my car, and get a text that the tech is ready 15 or more minutes before the scheduled appointment. Once I’m inside they always immediately call me back. Skilled and efficient phlebotomists. It’s worth the drive from CR.
Wonderful blood test experience. Ordering your selected tests online is straightforward and easy. The costs are very clearly marked. Select your tests, pay (if you're doing out of pocket), and schedule your appointment. I got called back 5-10 minutes after I arrived, which is great for any healthcare related appointment.
