I just had my blood drawn by Renee. What a pleasant personality. She was very friendly and had a wonderful smile. And I did not feel the stick when she drew my blood. I was very pleased with her service today. A true professional.
Quick and easy blood draws. Super convenient to use the affordable OnDemand tests purchased online, online appt scheduling, then online check in. I usually arrive 20-30 minutes prior to scheduled appointment, check in from my car, and get a text that the tech is ready 15 or more minutes before the scheduled appointment. Once I’m inside they always immediately call me back. Skilled and efficient phlebotomists. It’s worth the drive from CR.
Wonderful blood test experience. Ordering your selected tests online is straightforward and easy. The costs are very clearly marked. Select your tests, pay (if you're doing out of pocket), and schedule your appointment. I got called back 5-10 minutes after I arrived, which is great for any healthcare related appointment. I would give a zero if possible booked an appointment and still had to wait a whole extra hour past the time of schedule appointment lady at the front desk is horrible and a compulsive liar and soon as someone else came to the front process was very speedy
While many people only leave reviews when something goes wrong, this facility deserves far more recognition than its current rating suggests. My experience today was excellent from start to finish. The entire process was remarkably efficient - from a smooth check-in to a quick and painless blood draw. Every staff member I encountered was both friendly and highly professional. Based on this outstanding service, I will definitely return for any future lab needs. Highly recommended!
