Never answered the phone or called back. The workers are unprofessional and too worried about gossiping with each other. Apparently no body is supervising this location. I will never recommend them or use their services again.

The front lady was very very rude and disrespectful! She was complaining about doing her job and gossiping with other workers. She would get mad someone went the the front desk. I was told I had to leave the building because I wasn’t getting seen. I was sitting in the lobby minding my business and myself and my partner were the only people there. Front desk rolled her eyes at me when i said good morning and then when i sat down i heard her say something about “another junkie” to another woman behind the glass. I was there to confirm a miscarriage. There was also zero communication from the phlebotomist, like actually did not speak a word to me until she showed me the tube and i looked at her and she gave me an annoyed “is that your name??” You need to teach your staff how to treat people and how to communicate

I have used Labcorps several times and have always found them polite and professional.
