Being coming here for years
The staff here at this location is terribly unprofessional. The tone the front desk has gives very much that she doesn't want to be there. And each time someone approaches the desk they're told to check in at the kiosk instead of first being asked how they can be helped. On this last occasion I checked in at the kiosk and sat down. My name was listed on the board as an appointment. My appointment was at 2:45. I checked in at 2:46. From this point on I watched walk ins and others be called before me. I was here a few years ago for the last time and things have definitely deteriorated. Wait times of 45 mins of longer with appointment and the whole place seems very chaotic. I am certainly not coming back to this location.
