Terrible experience! Staff is rude wait times are ridiculous.

Least efficient anywhere I've ever been.
I had a really positive experience! I mixed up my appointment date, so had to go on the waitlist. The waitlist said an hour and 20 minutes but I got lucky and was seen within 20 minutes! I am also a hard stick, and the phlebotomist got it in one try. I haven’t dealt with billing yet.
