I had a great experience at this labcorp. Despite being a difficult stick, both Leanne and Erica worked to get my labs drawn. Both of them asked where I usually get stuck. Instead of doing their own thing, they listen to their patients, act professionally and know when to ask for help. I appreciate both of their professionalism and kindness and will be back to this location for my lab needs.
Check-in is very quick and easy with the smartphone scanners. The staff is also very courteous.
If I could give them no stars I would. This location needs to be shut down. First of all it’s infested with spotted lantern flies. Which I’ve reported. Secondly, the office seemed understaffed and there is no real system in place. They were just calling people back and not going according to appointments scheduled. All the staff and I mean all three ladies had nasty attitudes. I was there for two and a half hours and they did not refrigerate my specimen as it should have been.
