Poor communication skills, if the company isnt gonna answer the phone & revert us to talking to a computer lots of service will be lost
I want to say that Belinda,Trinity and Courtney made my visit easy. I was a total mess coming to labcorp .I did not know what to do, being that was my first time coming to labcorp. They was patient with me , explain how to log on and when I realized I left my paper work in my car. They continue to assist me. Will I recommend Ocon Hill location to friends yes. Excellent Excellent service. Thank you
I don’t know why this place has such bad reviews. I’ve been here multiple times and I’ve never had a problem. Staff is friendly. I was in and out no appointment today in 30 minutes. I guess it’s timing? Always rely on the recent reviews!
