This is the rudest staff I've ever had to work with at a Labcorp. They speak down to you, the wait time was over an hour after my appointment just to be seen, not even have my procedure done yet. The lobby was over 85 degrees inside, full capacity and the young woman with the curly black wig YELLS "ARE YALL HOT?" Ma'am aren't you hot? Don't be rude. "I don't think you understand my question." Wow. The only saving grace was my tech, braids and braces, was so sweet and fast. She talked with me to distract myself from needles. ... read more
Unprofessional!!! Stay away!!!
Receptionist was rude crude and disrespectful. I will soon find another location and hopefully they are more professional and polite. I would post a picture of the young lady but I don’t want to invade her privacy.
Over an hour wait for an employment drug screen. The process itself took 4 minutes. They do not go in the order in which you arrive despite what the receptionist will tell you. Always a negative experience regardless of the local location or state.
