Quick adequate service.
Least efficient anywhere I've ever been.
I had a really positive experience! I mixed up my appointment date, so had to go on the waitlist. The waitlist said an hour and 20 minutes but I got lucky and was seen within 20 minutes! I am also a hard stick, and the phlebotomist got it in one try. I haven’t dealt with billing yet.
THE STAFF CODED THE WRONG SERVICE AND NOW I AM IN COLLECTIONS. NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE AND NO ONE WANTS TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE.
