Quick in and out. Staff is professional.
Customer service and attitude of front desk people SO UNPROFESSIONAL!! Go in and they can only do certain tests at certain times and refer you to another lab corp office. Not bothering to tell you, oh BTW...They are already closed . So you go to yet another lab corp office only to be told well they can do this part of the test but not the other. AND YET AT ANOTHER YOU GET TOLD the other 2 lab corps were totally wrong and could have done the whole test!!! So in other words staff is not only unprofessional but lazy!!! Horrible... read more
Quick, fast response in person and phone call.
Today my nephew had to get blood drawn, he’s 5 years of age. From the moment we arrived the atmosphere felt cold and unwelcoming. My nephew was already frightened from the thought of getting blood drawn so yes he was visibly upset. Not one person tried to reassure him that he was okay but rather grabbed his legs and shoved them in between his mom’s legs as he was sitting on her lap.
