Simeón is excellent at what he does, I am considered a hard stick and he always finds my veins with no problem. I highly recommend this location as the entire staff is friendly and kind. Big cuddos to them.
I was there this morning 03/14/25 I didn't have appointment so I new that I would wait some time. Was In The Pinole Location For Full Workup of Blood for a Surgery Next Week . Huge shoutout to these employees working there trying to satisfy very inpatient people . The Kiosks were down and right after lunch very busy this team really worked well together . John was my Lab 🥼 Tech he did Amazing thank you 😊 very much
They were disorganized and slow to process people. This place I do not recommend for pre-employment services.
Have been trying to make an appointment at both/either of Pinole lab corps or Albany location. So far I can’t get one at albany for over 2 1/2 weeks, and Pinole is at least three weeks. This is important blood work needed ASAP. I went into the albany office and was not greeted or directed towards the kiosk and gave up after waiting way too long
