This company is terrible. I always ask my providers to send lab requests elsewhere. I can’t even make an appointment through their app or on the web, and it seems they really don’t want anyone to call them.
Absolutely awful customer service. I’ve been calling nonstop just to find out if my drug panel results are ready—nothing. No answers, no callbacks, no updates. I was told it would take three business days. It’s been over a week, and I’ve received nothing. This test was for pre-employment/school, and my deadline is rapidly approaching.
