Had to go in for a last-second blood draw. I had a lot of issues with the online booking system, but the receptionist was very patient and understanding! The phlebotomist on duty was VERY quick and had zero trouble getting the blood drawn, which is impressive, as my veins tend to roll. Extra thankful for the phlebotomist's professionalism, as the draw was nearly painless, and I'm not even a little sore a couple hours later!
The front desk girl is absolultely awful. I called and left a voicemail that I would like to change my appointment from 12:30 to 2p. No call back. I went there at 1:30 and she said we can't do it. They already have appointment scheduled at 2p. I said but you guys said we can do walk in. So the walk-in is not true? She said no it is not true. Then please remove it. Don't false advertise.
