Shout out to Stephanie! As she was the only one working today. When I arrived there was a room full of patients and she was able to take care of everyone with great customer service, professionalism and patience! Stephanie deserve a raise!
Waste of time. I made an appointment over the phone but apparently they go through a 3rd party for appointments and the front desk lady said they have no control over their own appointment system. She said the 3rd party “Choice” did not add my appointment to the system. Then she told me she doesn’t know when they have availability but she knows that they are fully booked.
This LabCorp location is truly outstanding. The front desk staff has always been very helpful, and I’ve been coming here for years. Alisa is wonderful. She always takes great care of me. Recently, the new front desk lady, Amy, has also been so caring, patient, and kind. The phlebotomists here have consistently been excellent as well. First time as I took my mother for a blood test. It was a last minute drop in on Wednesday morning. I had the doctor's orders, with the QR code, state ID, and insurance card. Gave all items to the intake person, who scanned everything, gave me back the ID and insurance card and asked us to sit down. We only had to wait a few minutes before my mom was called in. Very professional and clean atmosphere. I love it.
