07/24/2025: I am changing my previous review and upgrading from 1 star to 4. I was honestly dreading this appointment because of my previous experience, but I was pleasantly surprised. The waiting room was quiet and empty because they had changed to "appointments only." Roger, my phlebotomist, was efficient, patient, and had no problem finding the codes for my orders. Their website says they're open until 4. We show up at 3:35, they have printed a note that they now close at 3:30 (still says 4pm on their site right now). We were about go in again on another day - a Thursday - and when calling for lunch hours, received a recorded message that they are closed at noon on Thursday. Guess what their website says? As of July 7, appointment only, no walk-in. Website not updated.
READ! This location is now by appointment only. It isn't posted anywhere online. The automated recording when you call, bc no one will answer you, says an appointment is NOT necessary. There is a sign on the door however and the front desk person was sure to turn people away and let them know. It was barely open as it is. I hope this saves you from taking off work and driving all the way here. :(
