Current: They were fantastic. Every aspect of the experience has improved greatly. The check in process was seamless, the guys there were extremely polite and professional. Glad to see they fixed all the issues at this location. Previous: Absolutely unacceptable the way this is run. After the receptionist "forgot" to take down the clipboard for sign in, a woman who had been waiting was told she'd have to wait longer. I have been going to Labcorp for years. The first year or two were terrible the wait was insane and the people that drew my blood HURT. I have to say, they have definitely upped their game. You can now make appts. Online and check in on your app. I have had nothing but GREAT blood draws the past 2 years AND, the staff is topnotch everyone is upbeat and so polite.
Have orders, no appointment. Both the doctor and website say "walk ins welcome" but when you get there they tell you to go to Silverdale!
I had a great experience, even though I read the reviews and didn't expect much. I had an appointment at 1:15pm, got checked in earlier, and got my labs done in a couple of minutes. Results came in early morning the next day.
07/24/2025: I am changing my previous review and upgrading from 1 star to 4. I was honestly dreading this appointment because of my previous experience, but I was pleasantly surprised. The waiting room was quiet and empty because they had changed to "appointments only." Roger, my phlebotomist, was efficient, patient, and had no problem finding the codes for my orders.
