A complete joke. 3 times i had orders placed with this labcorp. 3 times they failed to log the order. 100% fail rate. Had to resend the exact same way 3 times but MAGICALLY when i was standing there they came through (just like the original ones did of course). The people who work here are incompetent. They can take blood very well they just dont know how to take info sent and log it. Never coming back. Not worth my time. 3 strikes and u r out.
Check in was kinda rude, I never had a issue there before using my middle name. Like come one some people dont use their first for a reason. The person that took the blood was kind and friendly.
I had a great experience here with a blood draw that I was nervous about. Very satisfied.
