Bad experience at this place, walked in today 1st time going to a drug screening lab, my new job made me an appointment to go here or the one in salem, I walked up to the window to let the lady/dude know politely that i was here for this employer to do a drug screen and he/she gave me a hateful attitude (with the extra eye roll to make me feel special) to check in at the computer which was no big deal but could have went without the ugliness because I simply didn't know whether I needed to or not. Go to another lab corp. Unprofessional people who try anything to get out of doing their job. I came here for a scheduled appointment last year and was turned away during my appointment window because they wanted to close early. Took my fiancee here for an appointment today and they attempted to not take labs during her appointment and have us return so that someone else would have to handle specimen collection.

I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews. I had called and emailed my lab request a few days ago. Today I called ten minutes ahead of time to see if they could fit in a walk-in. Luckily it wasn't too busy and I was in and out in a few minutes. Every staff member that helped me was extremely polite and helpful.
