I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews. I had called and emailed my lab request a few days ago. Today I called ten minutes ahead of time to see if they could fit in a walk-in. Luckily it wasn't too busy and I was in and out in a few minutes. Every staff member that helped me was extremely polite and helpful.

The people in this facility were incredibly helpful with our unusual and time-sensitive situation. They even called other facility for us to get us the right information. We are very impressed and very grateful!

Needing a drug screen for school and went on Friday after visiting the DMV. I am replacing my license with the realID, and the DMV gave me a paper copy and explained that the paper copy along with my voided license is legally valid. The tech turned me away and said she could not use that. I come back Monday morning at 8 am (these are the hours that are listed on your website) and the same tech tells me that drug screening does not start until 9 am.
