Absolute worst place to go for a drug tests, lazy employees who just sit there and talk while making you wait, they open at 8 but don’t do drug tests until 9 am. But the website or google doesn’t specify this! They do not know how to do their jobs and are utterly ridiculous and rude! I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone. They need to be trained to do their jobs, they sat there and let my tests get cold so it showed the temp was off
Tay and Chris were awesome! They were so nice and quick! This is the fastest and best overall labcorp experience I have had.
Drove almost an hour here to get my son’s bloodwork done, he needed a certain type of testing, FRAT testing to be exact. His dr referred us to this place, she said she had recently spoke with someone there & it shouldn’t be an issue being it’s a blood draw. I check him in, wait, then get called up just to be told that they no longer accept said test kits. Today I brought my best friend for some blood work. Unfortunately, she is confined to a wheelchair so that is always a challenge. We were greeted at the door and after digitally checking in, the process was seamless. I say this because my friend has a horrible history of blood draws due to weak veins, and Kris and Tay were fabulous -- they were kind, compassionate and were able to use a few work-arounds, and voila!! Bad experience at this place, walked in today 1st time going to a drug screening lab, my new job made me an appointment to go here or the one in salem, I walked up to the window to let the lady/dude know politely that i was here for this employer to do a drug screen and he/she gave me a hateful attitude (with the extra eye roll to make me feel special) to check in at the computer which was no big deal but could have went without the ugliness because I simply didn't know whether I needed to or not.
