This is not a professional clinic. I arrived and the Asian lady with the white lab coat came out to the lobby the moment that I walked in and turned me away. No hello or a care in the world for their patients that walk through the door. Very rude and inconsiderate. I will advise you to just go upstairs to Quest Diagnostics in suite 310. They are very professional and care about their patients. The staff there will take care of you.
The staff was unprofessional, the waiting time was excessively long, and I was unable to comprehend the DOT drug test form. I took me about an hour and a half to do the test and sent to a different location
Could it be better, absolutely. The workers are always busy when I go but they are also always nice and fair.
The Asian front desk lady was extremely RUDE and lacked empathy ! I will NEVER go back !
The worst experience I’ve ever had in a medical setting! The front desk Carols needs to find a new job the way he treats patients is horrible!! I will never be back to this location.
