Everyone was so helpful and polite, especially the employee at the front desk! There are a lot of moving parts in healthcare and they are doing their best to accommodate others and I’m sure many things are not in their control. Come early and sign in at the kiosk. Be prepared with your paper work and ID and make sure your Doctor puts the correct diagnostic codes for insurance purposes.
Absolute garbage. Trying to get a blood draw for my 10 month old. My wife and I decided to go somewhere else before things got worse. What kind of medical professional says things like “ugh I hope she can handle this” , or “last week a parent was unable to hold their child still and blood went all over the place”. Oh here’s a good one, she said “can yall help me make this one quick? I’m the only person here” literally doing front desk paperwork and blood draws at the same time. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes The doctors are very nice
Run away while you can and avoid this location. The one person is Super rude, super slow- people walking out after waiting 45 minutes- Persons response- I am only one person. Only me here- as a second person walked out. I can only do what I can it’s only me here. This is a Horrible Management failure, based on the previous reviews they care about as much as the person behind the glass as nothing has been done. Simple blood work and urine collection took over an hour- which is ridiculous.
