Forced to use your labs - Only because I can't put zero stars. Run far from this facility and its rude staff.
Went to this location early; Got notified by my employer that they sent my labs to the wrong job site & now I’m at risk of losing my application spot; always recheck your data!!!
Everyone was so helpful and polite, especially the employee at the front desk! There are a lot of moving parts in healthcare and they are doing their best to accommodate others and I’m sure many things are not in their control. Come early and sign in at the kiosk. Be prepared with your paper work and ID and make sure your Doctor puts the correct diagnostic codes for insurance purposes.
Absolute garbage. Trying to get a blood draw for my 10 month old. My wife and I decided to go somewhere else before things got worse. What kind of medical professional says things like “ugh I hope she can handle this” , or “last week a parent was unable to hold their child still and blood went all over the place”. Oh here’s a good one, she said “can yall help me make this one quick? I’m the only person here” literally doing front desk paperwork and blood draws at the same time.
