I should have checked the reviews before I made my appointment. Not at all impressed with the staff at 4510 Medical Center Drive. Such apathy!
Both employees had a terrible attitude and were very unprofessional! They waited until I was at the point of almost peeing myself in the waiting room to even think about getting me back for my screening after I let them know I was ready. I was not the only patient in the waiting room who felt the same way either. If I ever need to go back to a lab I’ll just go to quest. You’d think them being in a hospital setting they’d be somewhat enjoyable and professional but was the complete opposite.

Waited 30 minutes after appointment time. Front desk woman was rude. They are building another medical building next door and parking was a nightmare. The woman that seemed to be working on her own doing the blood draws was very good at her job.
Dorothy was absolutely the rudest person I’ve dealt with not only In a place of business but also personally in my 40 years of life! This is my first Review ever online and probably will be My last, but she totally deserves it and she absolutely needs to realize how to talk to people or be trained or fired! I will be calling Corporate until I get through to somebody that needs to hear this and Dorothy God bless you, but you don’t have the right to act that way to me or to any other human being
