For the second time this week I've taken time away from work to drive to this location for a scheduled appointment for bloodwork and for the 2nd time this week their systems have been down and I'm told I have to reschedule. This is the 3rd time this year this has happened and I've only been there 3 times this year. I understand these things happen occasionally but it obviously happens way too often at this location. They need better computer systems or better IT folks. It's a waste of my time and a waste of gas.
