Completely unprofessional. The receptionist is rude and could not be less helpful- per her- she doesn’t know how things work she’s just doin’ what she doin’. And this is the first person you come into contact with at LabCorp. Do not recommend.

Very rude staff once you get pass the front desk lady . My Wife was here for 3 hour appointment for her pregnancy they acted like they were annoyed by us being there and gave us some attitude wouldn’t let me wait in some bullshit back waiting room that was very messy with 3 open chairs in the room said they needed them. Sorry just wanted to support my wife though this.Very rude staff for no reason I get there’s a shortage on hospital staff but for what we pay/insurance pays yall could do better
