Showed up 10 mins early only to be seen 40 mins after my scheduled appointment. 4 Walk-ins before me , so don't show up with any expectations of managing you time. Just walk in dont waste your time scheduling . Poor planning on my part but it cost me another appointment, for a 5 min process this had no business taking so long. I'm sure this station is understaffed and admin does nothing to dial back the schedule, but everyone involved is set up for a disappointing experience.
I had a great experience! I scheduled an appointment online, had an order from my doctor and was in and out in less than 15 minutes!
The lady at the front desk(black longer hair) needs a ATTITUDE adjustment. She talks down to everyone and acts like we doing her a favor. NOTE to her if people did not come in you would not have a job. You are not entitled, you're working and your job is to provide good customer service not attitude , even to the older lady you had tude with her which is ridiculous. Whomever the manager is you need to provide her with customer service training.. its a shame she is the 1st one we all see when we come in. Do better, the world ... read more
