The lady at the front desk(black longer hair) needs a ATTITUDE adjustment. She talks down to everyone and acts like we doing her a favor. NOTE to her if people did not come in you would not have a job. You are not entitled, you're working and your job is to provide good customer service not attitude , even to the older lady you had tude with her which is ridiculous. Whomever the manager is you need to provide her with customer service training.. its a shame she is the 1st one we all see when we come in. Do better, the world ... read more

The phlebotomist that did my blood work was terrific and had a really great personality. I wish I remembered her name so I could give her credit.
Do not bother setting an appointment. You'll still have to wait over 30 mins or so to be seen.
Not enough seating for patients. No sense of urgency.
