Save yourself time and go elsewhere. There was no one in the office except myself I waited for the phlebotomist to wrap up what sounded like a personal call for 10-15 minutes. When I was called back he was not polite and showed no interest in showing care for his patients. I will not be returning to this location and I advise others to find another location as well.
The receptionist is very slow and no one ever picks up to schedule an appointment. I had two people skip me waiting because they magically had an appointment.
My daughter went to get her blood drawn and the nurse shoved in the needle with force didn't hit the vein at all and instead hit the nerve in her arm causing excruciating pain and the arm to go completely numb. Her arm is all black and blue and swelled up. She said I couldn't find the vein. So you shove the needle in anyway!
Rude staff, fax machine listed as phone number on Google. Went to the other location on Lyons and had a wonderful experience.
