Rudest office ever
Horrible bedside manners because they were “hangry” and even used cussed words. No professionalism at all. Place not recommended. I rather drive to McAllen.
It was only okay. The staff was more concerned with each other and their conversation. They were neither friendly or helpful .
Usually I have a good experience here. They are fast but kind. I like Ms Mona and you don’t even notice when she takes blood and makes you feel at ease. Don’t get Lisa. She was all business and when the other technician was talking to me and asking questions, Lisa shoved the needle in my arm. To the point of tears. I’m already bruising. I just had bloodwork done at Quest in Weslaco and didn’t even feel the needle. I might have to drive there from now on. Horrible.
