I had forgotten my paper from my dr, immediately they said no without checking in the computer to see if it was available, then the phlebotomist said the urine container might get rejected or you might have to do it again since its not normal at all, I asked her whats the normal then she replied "I dont know, im not a dr" in a veery rude manner, I thought to myself, if she doesn't know what's normal, why is she even telling me that my container is not normal. It was only okay.The staff was more concerned with each other and their conversation. They were neither friendly or helpful .My doctor sent me in for a PCR test LETY, snapped at me asking why I was there if I had Covid and said she had a baby . I felt sick to begin with and she humiliated me on top of that. I then asked her why she was being mean. She replied that she wasn't. I told her i.difnt want to be there but my orders were to come to LabCorp. If you possibly can go somewhere else. I certainly will
