Places needs some help there's only one person staffed you can tell she's overwhelmed or unhappy. I drove from Santa Rosa because it was packed, now I see why. A phlebotomist came by for a delivery she was referred to Santa Rosa.
Dawn was amazing in how much she is handling by herself. Professional, patient, flexible, and awesome customer service. Please labcorp don't burn her out with keeping this place understaffed. She is easily doing the job of 3 people.
If you would update your page to show that the Windsor office is closed. I just drove an hour and a half with samples and they’re not going to get shipped out in time now.
The Windsor phlebotomists excell, but this morning to my chagrin, there were several unmasked people sitting & gabbing in the waiting room, & then a very irate unmaskedbyoung man shouting & cursing in said waiting room. Although double masked, I was shaking with fear, as I have leukemia and know people who’ve gotten Covid despite masks, vax & double boosting.
