I had such an easy experience here. Dawn, at the counter is extremely thoughtful and took great care of me. I wasn't sure what to expect when getting lab work but I wasn't expecting the experience to go so smoothly. I left very happy.
Was there for quarterly blood draw. Person INSISTED there was no standing order on file. Had to leave and call PCP to fax in another one. Dr’s office sent to Windsor and SR. Went to SR for draw next day, and was told the original standing order WAS on file since early April. Very frustrating.
Places needs some help there's only one person staffed you can tell she's overwhelmed or unhappy. I drove from Santa Rosa because it was packed, now I see why. A phlebotomist came by for a delivery she was referred to Santa Rosa.
Dawn was amazing in how much she is handling by herself. Professional, patient, flexible, and awesome customer service. Please labcorp don't burn her out with keeping this place understaffed. She is easily doing the job of 3 people.
If you would update your page to show that the Windsor office is closed. I just drove an hour and a half with samples and they’re not going to get shipped out in time now.
