Fast service great customer service
My husband and I both had appts today. We both got the numerous reminders that we were scheduled. We showed up 10 mins early. The doors were locked. No note on the door (except Fed Ex trying to deliver). We left after our appt time came and went. Other customers also came and went. Santa Rosa is crowded and you have to wait but at least you get your lab work done.

I would not recommend this facility based on my recent visit. The staff appeared disengaged, rude, interruptive, and made the process feel like an inconvenience rather than a routine part of their role. My insurance information was entered incorrectly multiple times, causing unnecessary delays. Ouchie. I haven't experienced this before. I usually go to Quest Lab. Service was quick and there was no wait time. I think the phlebotomist wasn't paying attention when pulling the needle out.
