Had a 8 o’clock appointment got there At 7:45 watch a woman walk out the door and the door locked behind her. Nobody will answer the door. Nobody answer the phone. I called corporate and they’re like oh well there’s nothing we can do. Have a nice day. Don’t go here they’re rude. you’re very unprofessional and really walking the door in a patient’s face.
Fast service great customer service
My husband and I both had appts today. We both got the numerous reminders that we were scheduled. We showed up 10 mins early. The doors were locked. No note on the door (except Fed Ex trying to deliver). We left after our appt time came and went. Other customers also came and went. Santa Rosa is crowded and you have to wait but at least you get your lab work done.
Really professional and cooperative lab tech handling multiple clients graciously and in a timely manner
