I walked in at 1:45, and I was back in my car by 2:30. Great staff and efficient, though there were plenty of people with appointments that got seen sooner.
I had tried to call a couple times previously to arriving in order to check wait time but no one answered or called me back. When I arrived, the check in staff and medical staff did not make me feel welcome and I felt as if they did not want me there. They called my name almost immediately, which was nice, but they sat me in a room for around 30 minutes without telling me anything or giving any sort of indication of wait. If you can avoid going here, I would recommend it.
Absolutely terrible service, can't read a script correctly and blames it on the patient to cover their own incompetence.
I had a really positive experience at LabCorp. I didn’t have everything I needed for my bloodwork, but the staff were friendly, helpful, and made sure I was still able to get it done. They helped me avoid having to make another trip, which I really appreciated. Overall, a smooth and pleasant visit.
Terrible dated system. Under staffed. What’s the point in having an appointment if you have to wait 45-60 minutes past your appointment time.
