Waited at desk for someone to come for 18mins. Once they cometh the desk, was asked you have appointments? When online and phone clearly states you don't need one. Then get told to check in at the machine behind me. To wait again to get in. Called up to desk asked to read to the staff information off my lab request. Staff rude and not customer friendly at all.
Worst ran Lab. Waited 1.5 hours with only 2 lab techs. NO front desk assistant to field questions so that takes away those lab techs. Plus this office is filthy.
I walked in at 1:45, and I was back in my car by 2:30. Great staff and efficient, though there were plenty of people with appointments that got seen sooner.
