Even though I make an appointment and I am on time for my appointment I will wait 20 to 30 minutes. The staff are either a hit or a miss mostly a miss.
Justina was so nice! She did a great job and was helpful to all the patients checking-in.
I went in at the advice of my health care provider, needing emergency blood work for kidney & liver function. I waited for 20 mins without any acknowledgment from anyone. Being in a great deal of pain & after a long car ride to get there, I finally demanded attention & they could not accommodate the testing I was scheduled for. Not for health care - only drug testing. Waste of time.
