Went for an employment drug screening today and the lady was absolutely rude!! She was cold and snappy. I never leave reviews but she was just terrible. Long red hair didn’t get her name but never will I come back here! The only pro was that it wasn’t busy when I went and the self check in process was easy.
I had an appointment set up at 9:30. I got there at 9:20 and it was immediately called back at 9:25. Lydia was the one who helped me and was overly kind and so sweet! She made the experience fabulous! I was very impressed with how fast they got me in and the customer service I received.
I’d rather come to Labcorp for bloodwork than anywhere else. I don’t have to have an appointment and the employees are all so courteous and professional. Today Melissa was my phlebotomist and she was great! So nice and great at what she does! Thank you Melissa!
Had to get drug tested for work and was told it will be up to two weeks for results. I'm not allowed to work or finish my class until they come back. Other companies can get it done in less than 24 hours.
2 Months later - no results - had to call and ask for results. Not very professional...
