Wow, first AND last time using Labcorp. It takes days, upon days just to get routine blood work results! I'm older and have had LOTS of blood work done over the years and NEVER has it taken this long to get the results. If you have to use them, I get it, otherwise go somewhere that will process your results in a timely manner!! And believe the other reviews as well, this place is nasty!
This facility was clean and the process was efficient. I reserved an appointment time before going to work. I did check in online and followed the check-in instructions when I arrived. The Phlebotomy Technician verified my information then I was escorted to the draw station to have my labs done then I was out within 15 minutes.
I was in the office today to get blood drawn. I was greeted by a smiling face that honestly changed my mood. The phlebotomist’s name is Shilah and she is not only good at blood draws, but she is a genuinely kind soul. I hope the management sees this because it’s very rare to find good customer service as I did today. Ty Shilah
The hours on the website and automated phone says until 4 pm. I called at 3 and it said they were closed... um, what?
