Shout out to Natalie. She does great work getting my bloodwork. She is always so happy and cheerful which helps when you are there at 6:30am to get your bloodwork taken care of. I've been going to this facility for over a year and if you know how to do it you can get in and get out quickly. They also have never had to "fish" for vains. Which ive had happened several times in my life time. Everyone who I've delt with have always been spot on!
Labcorp Pensacola is a wonderful place to do your labs. Once your data is set up for the first time, you’re gonna be able to check in easily and quickly. Online appointment scheduling makes it so convenient for me and my kids. The manager is always on top of the things. She even helps out at the front desk when the place is busy. Ms. Jay who works the front is the epitome of what customer service should look like! I watched that young lady greet everyone (lobby full or not) and cater to each of our individual needs flawlessly. She was knowledgeable and so kind! Even held the utmost respect towards a disgruntled woman who didn’t deserve it. I later found out by the wonderful nurse (didn’t get her name) that Ms. Jay is their boss!!! Awesome job Labcorp!
