Short wait with appt. Blood draw was done well, but they need to buy some 2” coban for dressings. 1” Coban does not cut it when bandaging an elbow!
I had my bloodwork drawn today by the lab tech Shilah. She was awesome. I told her my veins were tiny and liked to roll and she had no problem getting one. First stick, which doesn’t happen often. Our appts were at 9:30am and we were called back around 10:15am. I wish there was a better location for instance over by 9 mile and the lobby could use a little cleaning/decorating. Other than that I had a great visit. Shilah was 10/10.
I had an appointment here around noon. The check in was quick, only waited about 5 minutes. The phlebotomist who drew my blood was amazing! Nearly painless and didn’t get lightheaded at all. I only regret not knowing her name to thank her more! Highly recommend this location.
The moment I walked in I thought; I don't trust this place putting a needle in my arm! However the blood draw was quick and simple. The waiting room is dinghy with chairs falling apart. The receptionist made me check in regardless of me actually making an appointment online. The waiting room is small I spent most of my time waiting outside.
