Customer service is lacking and unfair treatment. The black lady with the blond fro treats people like criminals. I didn't realize this was not a kid friendly facility. It's not only what you say but how you say it. "You can't bring those kids in here." I was in this place three days in a row. The front desk clerk was nice. The young lady with the dreads was also nice, but that lady with blond fro needs Customer service training. I also saw her letting a patient drink water when he couldn't urinate. ONLY giving two stars due to the phlebotomist who was very kind and professional. If not for her I’d be giving this place 1 star. Extremely, extremely rude and unprofessional front desk employees. They are there to gossip, not to acknowledge or help customers. I’ve never been to an establishment with such awful, rude customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere until the customer service, huge issue, is fixed. Very disappointing after a 40 minute drive. I was shocked at their attitude.
Very unprofessional: doesn’t greet customers when they enter the establishment. I spoke when I enter and all out was “Do you have an appointment? Just check in on the iPad behind you.” Rather hold a conversation with each other vs the customer.
This place is so busy, but the staff is amazing! So friendly, and always smiling. I dont know how anyone could leave a bad review for these lady's.
