Typing this as I sit in the waiting room. Whomever, does "check in" at the front desk is extremely rude. I approached the desk politely to check in and didn't notice the kiosk at the front door (just as many others didn't that came after me). I wasn't even greeted with a simple "hello" back but rather received "did you check in?" very aggressively. I recently had to take a sample to be analyzed by LabCorp. All of the paperwork was previously filled out and coded by the physician that I am seeing. The doctor's office that sent me to LabCorp told me all I had to do was drop it off and then leave and await the results. I was told that I could drop it at any LabCorp location near me.
