I had bloodwork performed here at 1:30 PM on a Friday afternoon. I had scheduled an appt, so I checked in using the computer and was just about to step outside when the front desk worker called me up and told me I was about to be called back. Within 10 minutes I was called back. I’m not the best stick in the world, but the worker assigned to me got it on the first try. She was super friendly and made the process so easy. Results were available by 2:00 am that same night. A quick and easy process!

I went in for lab orders to be done. I was called to the front desk by possibly the rudest person I’ve dealt with in a health care setting. She was rude from the start of my conversation with her to the end of it. I did not get the chance to deal with any other staff members at this office but I hope they are much better than the face of that office because I simply will never go back here because of this staff member and I would hope that labcorp would care about their patients experience enough to have a conversation with ... read more

If you are old, on oxygen, and need assistance signing in, they will have a hissy fit and act like they are doing you a favor by actually performing work duties. Several people came in and got ahead while all was needed was help signing in. Over an hour wait. Awful place, awful people. Why work in a medical facility if you don't care about people? Go work at Mcdonald's.
