I will never go back to this facility again. Lady who drew my blood did the task, turned her back on me and didn’t help me raise the arm on the chair to get out of it (there’s nowhere to set your things so I had my purse, bottle of wafer, and hoodie all in my lap), or make sure I made it out of the chair ok. She told me to make a fist but never to release the fist which I understand can contribute to bruising which I got afterwards (normally do not when I get someone who is good at this job). Typing this as I sit in the waiting room. Whomever, does "check in" at the front desk is extremely rude. I approached the desk politely to check in and didn't notice the kiosk at the front door (just as many others didn't that came after me). I wasn't even greeted with a simple "hello" back but rather received "did you check in?" very aggressively. I recently had to take a sample to be analyzed by LabCorp. All of the paperwork was previously filled out and coded by the physician that I am seeing. The doctor's office that sent me to LabCorp told me all I had to do was drop it off and then leave and await the results. I was told that I could drop it at any LabCorp location near me.
