I went in for lab orders to be done. I was called to the front desk by possibly the rudest person I’ve dealt with in a health care setting. She was rude from the start of my conversation with her to the end of it. I did not get the chance to deal with any other staff members at this office but I hope they are much better than the face of that office because I simply will never go back here because of this staff member and I would hope that labcorp would care about their patients experience enough to have a conversation with ... read more

If you are old, on oxygen, and need assistance signing in, they will have a hissy fit and act like they are doing you a favor by actually performing work duties. Several people came in and got ahead while all was needed was help signing in. Over an hour wait. Awful place, awful people. Why work in a medical facility if you don't care about people? Go work at Mcdonald's.

I went last week and there was No one at the front desk and ppl were having issues with the check in machine. The nurse who drew my blood was not the nicest but I just thought she ready for her break since it was close to that time. I told her my veins were small and while she was looking for a vein in the bend of my arm I saw one in my arm and asked her could she try that one. She said oh yeah and when she stuck me I could feel the needle moving around in my arm. I still have the bruise on my arm.

Walked in at 10:30am on a Monday and was out by 11:00. Check in was easy. Staff was friendly. Paid out of pocket and it was inexpensive. Actually very impressed with how easy and efficient it was.
