Walked in at 10:30am on a Monday and was out by 11:00. Check in was easy. Staff was friendly. Paid out of pocket and it was inexpensive. Actually very impressed with how easy and efficient it was.

I made an appointment online about a week in advance and arrived 5 minutes early. No one was at the front desk but there was a sign stating they were with a patient but no issues because there are kiosks right when you enter the building to check in at. I had received an email the prior evening with a QR code to easily scan at the kiosk for a quick check in process. I sat down in the lobby and was called back within 2 minutes. The lab tech was professional, courteous and knowledgeable when I had follow-up questions.

This place has terrible customer service for the front desk. The lady who checked me in was extremely rude when I spoke to her. I will get tested at a different location from now on. The woman who took me back was nice enough but then ignored me for five minutes after I finished giving my sample just to talk to another patient. This staff needs a refresher on how to treat patients.

I will never go back to this facility again. Lady who drew my blood did the task, turned her back on me and didn’t help me raise the arm on the chair to get out of it (there’s nowhere to set your things so I had my purse, bottle of wafer, and hoodie all in my lap), or make sure I made it out of the chair ok. She told me to make a fist but never to release the fist which I understand can contribute to bruising which I got afterwards (normally do not when I get someone who is good at this job).
