We found this location closed on June 19, 2019, and have reported this to Google several times since. LabCorp's former location on Latham has a sign saying they closed end of May 2019 and directs you to 975 St. John's Place, so this closure occurred between May and June 2019. As my pics show, the St. John's building is for lease and there is a sign directing you to the location at 3989 W Stetson Ave., Ste 203-205, which apparently opened April 5, 2019.
