Being a senior citizen, I hated using the kiosk...was my first time. Eventually an employee came out to let me know I did everything correctly. The nurse who drew my blood was super...didn't even feel the needle go in my arm.
I’ve been trying to contact this place for about 4-5 days now. Nobody seems to ever answer the phone when all I want to do is be sure my orders were received before I make the trip to have them done.

They never, ever answer the phone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had tried calling multiple times during the business day and the phone was never answered. I went in-person and wish I had a better interaction with the person at the check-in counter. I was needing bloodwork Tuberculosis screening for my employer and had made an appointment online. When asking questions, the check-in person continuously made faces at me and gave conflicting information. Eventually the information was straightened out, but the interaction could have used more kindness.
