I had tried calling multiple times during the business day and the phone was never answered. I went in-person and wish I had a better interaction with the person at the check-in counter. I was needing bloodwork Tuberculosis screening for my employer and had made an appointment online. When asking questions, the check-in person continuously made faces at me and gave conflicting information. Eventually the information was straightened out, but the interaction could have used more kindness.
Staff was nice but they never answer the phone
From walking in Miss Alicia at the front desk was amazing very sweet and helpful and the process took me less than 10 minutes. Miss Dee who took my sample was very sweet as well. Did her job thoroughly and efficiently I recommend if you have to do a pre-employment Drug screen or any of your health needs come here this is the place to go.
Only one person working.
