Good God google should allow less that 1 star. Here on Friday, Saturday, and now Monday and they have no Internet and are unable to do business. Lady behind the window won't even make eye contact to talk to you she is too busy playing on her cell phone. Apparently the Internet hasn't stopped her from playing on her phone. Going to have a talk with my Dr about changing labs. This is terrible business for someplace that uses internet but does not have a backup like Starlink or ANYTHING!
That phone is never answered. People are never really able to get hold of the staff in person or calling. They are not approachable. They want five star and the money. That’s all. Left the sample at their window because no one was around. That sample is never taken care of and no one picks up the call or listen to messages either I left multiple messages to inform them of the sample no response the in 4 days. This will stay I’m very disappointed in this situation that was supposed to be taken care of by the staff. Sad
