Need appointment but friendly
The waiting room was packed and not an employee in sight. The reception desk was blocked off by a sliding glass window which was frosted glass so you couldn't even tell if anyone was there or get an employee's attention. The glass had multiple signs on it saying "do not knock on glass". I would imagine that happens a lot there given the lack of access to actual human employees. Check in by kiosk of course. I reviewed other reviews and see a trend pointing to one the Phlebotomists are all wonderful and two possible issues with the receptions. Not just at this location but all location?? Not interested in being a part of that environment here!! Will select another location.
I always have such a positive experience here. The staff is so kind and always does a great job. They’re quick yet attentive! Will always come back to this location :)
