I had my blood drawn two days ago with sharp pain when she injected the needle into my vein, and the next day I see purple and green bruising on my left upper arm. I don’t recommend this location to anyone since she didn’t do her job right. I’m seeking an explanation and consequence for her action. Unfortunately I don’t know her name.

Quick appointment horrible service I was thier for blood work for my Dr with insurance this was my 5th time there this was the 1st time they ask for a cc to cover the payment w Insurance i asked why she said just to make sure payment was made and that the hold would be taken off when the insurance paid. No thank you she hold on and now I didn't need one so we get to the part we are drawing blood, she misses the vain instead of taking it out and try again she begins to dig and prod. please stop and let try a different place. ... read more

I had a question to ask the front desk woman, and I waited patiently until she was free and looked at me, didn’t even say anything just stood patiently waiting- when she did look at me, it was a look of pure disgust, like how dare I be in here right now needing anything. Her attitude was cold and rude right off the bat and genuinely made me feel as though I was an inconvenience for existing. I set an appointment for my lab draw and when I got there and checked in thru the kiosk I waited 45 minutes before I asked if they showed me checked in. People that came after me were seen before me. The receptionist (cold & dismissive) said this clinic is first come first basis; well if that was true I would have been seen before the people after me.
