I set an appointment for my lab draw and when I got there and checked in thru the kiosk I waited 45 minutes before I asked if they showed me checked in. People that came after me were seen before me. The receptionist (cold & dismissive) said this clinic is first come first basis; well if that was true I would have been seen before the people after me. 😊I drive 45 min. out of my way... for this Labcore... Always for my lab work it has been the best place to go! Each worker being very qualified, friendly and patient with my needs. 🙂The head nurse Torri at times... is needed for my stubborn viens... for she is able to find my challenging viens. All personnel have been extremely helpful in explaining to me any odd insurance request. 😲Do not .... I say... 😮💨... Do not go to the Labcore in Burleson!😵💫
The receptionist was rude and unhelpful. I've never had issues with bloodwork, but at this LabCorp I had a phlebotomist that was still a student, and she was definitely struggling with drawing the blood. Afterwards I had to lay down in the lobby because I was about to pass out. Once I was ok, I went back to talk to the phlebotomist to ask if there was something that went wrong that might have caused that since it has never happened to me before.
