Horrible service Staff unprofessional Unorganized
Went in for lab work. Called in by tech.Not friendly at all. She seemed more interested in texting constantly on her unsanitary cell phone than my visit. Then she touched clean gloves with her non sterile hands after touching cell constantly. Extremely Long nails prevented her and made it more difficult to find my vain. This causing a very large bruise on my arm that lasted for days. She dug around with the needle until she hit a vein. Very uncomfortable and painful. Not sure I wish to come back in the future. Rude employees! Sign in machine was missing tray to make copies of drivers license and insurance card and the receptionist was nasty and rude when I said how can I sign in when the machine is broken?? I was first in line and everyone behind me was signing in to the other machines. I have to work, that’s why I got there before they even opened. I will be going to another location next time. Rude, disrespectful and unprofessional!
