Had Toni perform my blood work. Very friendly, professional and did not feel any discomfort with the needle / blood draw. Recommend having Toni draw blood work if one is nervous with this procedure.
Phelobotomist Toni was great. Very friendly, professional and quick. Made me feel comfortable, and she made sure i understood my bill/answered any questions i had. Was in and out of the office within 10 minutes.

Walked in just so I can ask some questions and perhaps make an appointment for a future visit, no one was at front desk for 20+ minutes. I stood there and waited, saw a woman in scrubs behind a wall cleaning a counter top. She looked at me, turned around and kept doing whatever she was doing. I walked out and decided I will never return.
