Visited many times, always professional, courteous , never missed a stick!
I absolutely love this location and the staff. Eve was amazing she made us laugh and took really great care of my daughter when she was afraid to get her lab work done. Despite that my daughter is 16 ;) This will be the only place I’ll go from now on
I had a great experience at this location. After reading a lot of negative reviews on the customer service and rudeness of the staff, I just wanted to let those checking reviews that I thought the staff was great. I did a walk-in, and was in and out in no time. The blood draw barely left a mark, even when I normally have a large bruise for days after being poked. googled this place as i could get in much quicker than quest, second guessed myself when reading the reviews, but needed test as quick as possible. I have to say that I had a great experience. I was able to wait in my car until they were ready for me, they sent me a text and i went in. Met with great attitude at front, cracked a couple jokes, and she told me what room to go in. sat down, she took my blood, answered two questions for me. one was what was all involved in this test, and the second was me asking for her name. Filthy , unprofessional, absolutely no preventive measures in place for coronavirus or any illness. They “claim” appointments only but schedule dozens at the same time. Waiting room is standing room only with no social distancing. Customers have to wait inside because they won’t text you for your appointment they only yell out your name at the front desk when they decide to serve you. Any Walmart Is safer then this office. Avoid this place at all costs .
