You don’t need an appointment to be seen quickly! Staff is efficient, polite and phlebotomist is right to the point, great skill at finding veins! If you are a hard stick, this is the place for you to feel safe.
This location is LEAPS AND BOUNDS better than the one I usually go to. I always make an appointment. At this location, I waited less than 5 minutes compared to the usual 35 minutes (and that's WITH an appointment). The girl who took my blood was both sweet and competent. Additionally, I was able to pay an outstanding bill with my credit card at the Check-in kiosk at this location. It was so easy.
