My experience at Labcorp was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I was left waiting for over two and a half hours before being seen. The purpose of making an appointment is to provide some assurance of efficiency, yet this location seemed to disregard scheduling altogether. The phlebotomist was nice, the receptionist was not.
I won’t call out the specific person, in hopes that she will either change her method or realize she had a “brain fart” My phlebotomist did not remove the very tight tourniquet after establishing blood flow, then complained of slow flow, and then became defensive when I suggested she remove it. “It provides pressure, I’ve been doing this a very long time” As a dentist who performs surgeries .. Terrible place to come in for lab services, staff is not helpful at all, and it is super slow, I would rather do my pre-employment drug test elsewhere if there is a choice
