Terrible place to come in for lab services, staff is not helpful at all, and it is super slow, I would rather do my pre-employment drug test elsewhere if there is a choice

This place is awful. Came for a pre-employment drug screen. It physically would not let me make an appointment when I was signing up through my employer. So I figured they just didn’t have appointments. Show up to 30+ people in the waiting room, more than 1/2 of whom DO have appointments. After you check in at the kiosk, you’re not actually in the “line”?? That doesn’t happen until someone at the front calls you up and gets your ID. Don’t think you’ll be in and out with an appointment. You will still sit and wait for 45 minutes. Make sure you don’t have anywhere to be for awhile!

I would avoid this location at all costs. It is always slammed and even if you have an appointment, you are stuck waiting over your appointment time. The staff can be nice, but they can also be dismissive and rude when you are trying to get a question answered, and just direct you to the kiosk to check in. One lady bruised my arm really badly, and another employee didn't have the test code he needed for my sample so I had to sit there for a half hour while he tried to figure it out. I was preferred to come here for a lab testing, I waited for an hour to be seen. When I was finally seen, I was greeted by an older lady she was a technician she punctured my vein. It’s been two weeks and I still have the bruise mark on my arm. That’s because she entered the wrong way. This picture is two weeks later
