My husband and I went on orders from the naturopath to check several things and they were fast, prompt, and professional. It was easy. Appreciate it!
This was the most bizarre experience. I went in to get my blood drawn and a urine test. The woman about to draw my blood was working on the computer and suddenly turn to me and accused me of "thinking bad thoughts about her" I was shocked. I was just studying there waiting, not really thinking about anything. She seemed angry. I told her that I wasn't thinking anything bad about her. If you need to do a pre employment drug screening don’t come to this location. No one answers the phone. Staff isn’t helpful in the slightest bit. I Checked in right at 2pm for a drug test (would’ve went earlier if I knew that drug screenings are done exactly at 2pm website says open until 3pm). Front desk receptionist called me up at 2:07pm and said they won’t be able to help me due to the cut off time being 2. I had been waiting in the waiting area for 7 minutes….meaning I was there at 2pm for the drug test.
All the terrible reviews of this place are 100% valid. First of all it’s hard to find. It is in the basement of the East Medical Center of the hospital which of course they don’t bother to mention in the appointment confirmation or anything. Also one of the rudest and least helpful receptionists I’ve ever encountered. Looked at me like I was an idiot when I didn’t know the registration number from my employer.
