I would avoid this location at all costs. It is always slammed and even if you have an appointment, you are stuck waiting over your appointment time. The staff can be nice, but they can also be dismissive and rude when you are trying to get a question answered, and just direct you to the kiosk to check in. One lady bruised my arm really badly, and another employee didn't have the test code he needed for my sample so I had to sit there for a half hour while he tried to figure it out. I was preferred to come here for a lab testing, I waited for an hour to be seen. When I was finally seen, I was greeted by an older lady she was a technician she punctured my vein. It’s been two weeks and I still have the bruise mark on my arm. That’s because she entered the wrong way. This picture is two weeks later
This place LOVES to take their sweet time. Obnoxious and rude employees. I guess I wouldn't want to be nice either if I had to test pee all day but geez this place sucks.
Only 2 stars because I felt like the front desk was TRYING to be fast but the wait time is truly ridiculous. Lots of people in the waiting room looked angry to be there and the front office desk seemed very confused most of the time while being very curt with everyone. The staff themselves got into a small argument in the front while a patient was standing by the desk. Very unprofessional. The lady taking my blood was nice.
I had no issues with the actual service here. I came in for a urine sample drug screening. Everything went fine, and the staff were not amazing, but good. If you need to get something from labcorp, I would recommend trying a different location. This one is really busy because it's in the basement of St. Marks. Expect to wait a while. If you have to go to this location id recommend going right before they close. They wont kick you out if you've registered for a service, even if its past their hours.
