Their service is terrible. I only came to drop off some samples for testing and they still made me wait over two hours just to leave one sample. Awful service, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Wish I could give a better review but same experience as so many others. Long waits and poor communication are the main issues. It is sad to see so many bad reviews and no efforts by the company to improve the level of service. Obviously they don't care about how people feel about their experience.
The worst laboratory in the United States especially about payments
I wish I could give this place a zero. Terrible service and long wait times. Not to mention the short/wrong hours. Avoid it if you can.
They bill you separately and unexpectedly from your doctor's office. They ask for way to much personal information for online payments and the phone systems are so bad. Calling in a payment takes forever and you have to go through multiple menus only to be left on hold forever. I would never have used my doctors office if I knew they worked with Labcorp. This company turned my yearly physical into an absolute chore.
