All the terrible reviews of this place are 100% valid. First of all it’s hard to find. It is in the basement of the East Medical Center of the hospital which of course they don’t bother to mention in the appointment confirmation or anything. Also one of the rudest and least helpful receptionists I’ve ever encountered. Looked at me like I was an idiot when I didn’t know the registration number from my employer. I walked in and heard the receptionist talking so rudely on the phone to a customer. I would have turned around if I had a choice of another place to go. When I got called up to the counter, the second employee was equally as “customer friendly”. I haven’t been back to have my blood drawn yet, but I can honestly say I will not be returning. When you are representing a company, especially at the front desk, please try to treat others with dignity and respect. It’s amazing the respect you will get in return.
In and out in 10 minutes. Jeff was super friendly, efficient and helpful! Located in the basement of the east building.
