each time someone goes upto the desk to ask about the wait it takes more time to explain to the waiting room victim that they could comeback later for the same bad waiting room treatment or wait. it takes more time to explain than it would take to help them. I'm not the only one in this waiting room wondering why it takes longer then 2 hours for a drug test. other people have had to leave
Staff was professional, if very overworked. I arrived for a walk in appointment at 10am and they didn't get me in until almost 12:30. Only reason they're getting 3 stars is because the staff was obviously trying to get people processed quickly.

I had a really bad experience today with the receptionists at this location. I arrived at 7:10am to do a drug screening and saw the sign that said that drug screening hours were 8am - 2pm. I waited patiently for one receptionist to become available and asked to see if there was any way to make an exception. Bad reviews for this place are largely justified. My employer mailed them materials for testing. They had three various employees telling me they don’t receive mail. My employer tells me someone here signed for the mail days prior. Lab Corp didn’t even bother checking to see if they received my mail. Delayed my hiring. Come back again, they give me the same hard time. I ask them to briefly check to make sure they have received my employers paperwork and the man front desk tells me he can’t check until my appointment time. Fo... read more
