Tech was 15 minutes late to open the office. Walks in with a Bill Miller tea. He was the only employee doing check ins and drawing labs. He waited to check in all patients waiting as well as new patients arriving even though all of the ones that had arrived first had all checked in on the kiosk. He was asked to start drawing labs and continue check ins after and this suggestion was ignored. He stated he was the only one working and getting yelled at. No one was yelling at him. Arrived at 8am. No one there working. Window and door open. No employees. Waited 30 min no employees showed up.
Employee rude and not helpful at all
Staff is rude
Excellent staff. I am a very hard stick. They did one stick and got all my testing done. I am very grateful.
