I was prepared to be there for an hour for blood draw. In and out in 5 minutes!
Always a positive experience here. Not sure how they do it, but their blood draws are never painful!
I would give it 0 stars if I could. Just came, checked in and waited over an hour and still not seen. I had to leave because I need to pick up my son and have a meeting for work after. It shouldnt take an hour to be seen especially when 4 people who came in after me were seen before me. Not sure what the problem is....
I am writing this to express my extreme disappointment with the service we received at this location, specifically from a phlebotomist named Dawn.I brought my son in for bloodwork, and from the start, Dawn was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Beyond the poor customer service, the actual procedure was a bad experience; my son mentioned that she was not gentle and that the draw was painful.
