When you check in on the screen you are given an estimated time of your wait abd offered the option of staying or coming back. I elected to leave and was shown a time of 9:45 a. m. As my time to come back. I checked my phone when i got home and was shown 10. I arrived back at 9:50 and checked in to be shown a 10:30 time. Every time I come to LabCorp, I always have a great experience mostly thanks to Maria. She’s always so kind, helpful, and professional. No matter how busy it gets, she handles the front and back with so much patience and care. She’s super organized and always makes you feel welcome and respected. Today I met Manuel for the first time, and he was amazing. I was really nervous because I had 45 different blood tests ordered, so they had to take a lot of blood. This is a great place with great professionals. It is my favorite place for blood testing.
Lenise was amazing. I’m terrified of needles and usually get a butterfly for that reason, but because I had to have a good amount of blood drawn I trusted her with a regular needle. She was so gentle I didn’t even feel it. Thank you lenise
