I had some blood drawn here and the staff was very friendly and professional. I made an 8:00 a.m. appointment, got there early, and was done and on my way in 20 minutes. Brianne did a great job with the blood draw, painless.
Don't bother making an appointment or planning for a time. They will see you when they feel like it and not a moment sooner. Appointments are just a suggestion to them.
No way to speak to someone over the phones with que. Poor service. Chose to go to another lab.
Absolutely awful service at the Orcutt Labcorp. Running over an 1 hr late even with an appointment scheduled which they could not find in the system. No communication with those waiting in the lobby.
