Absolutely awful service at the Orcutt Labcorp. Running over an 1 hr late even with an appointment scheduled which they could not find in the system. No communication with those waiting in the lobby.

Showed up checked in online and was told that they were ready for me. Then go to open the door and it’s locked and the lady looks annoyed that I’m even trying to open it. Then their computers were down and they said I’d have to come back later.
Just had blood drawn today one poke and done 10 minutes. Great job thank you 😊
This place is a joke. No one ever answers the phone. Everything is automated so you can’t get through unless you’re a doctor or a nurse who I don’t think would even bother with this place.
