I went in as a walk-in late morning, expecting it to take forever (or worse, not accepting walk ins like some other locations). Not only was it fast but everyone I encountered there was kind and not at all grumpy. Alicia managed to hit my vein the first try which almost never happens for me, she's amazing!

I was seen on time, staff was friendly and the phlebotomist did a fantastic job with my blood draw. Will definitely come back to this location for future services.

I had a frustrating experience at Labcorp when I walked in and asked if they could do a routine blood test without an appointment. The woman behind the desk said "yes," and since there were no other patients in the building, I said, "OK, I'd like to have one done." She then told me I had to go to their website to make the request on my phone. I sat in their lobby and tried, but the website showed no available appointments for the day.
