Mike the phlebotomist was incredibly kind and good at his job. Will come back to this location just for that level of service!
They are the gold standard for operational inefficiency—a shining example of how to master the art of non-service, and frankly, it is utterly infuriating.
I booked my appt almost a month ago. I showed up for labs sent from another state, and their system was down. They couldn't retrieve my order. Didn't have the decency to call and tell me. This lab is 33 miles from where I live! I would not recommend this location for anything.
Waiting outside with 8 other people… 30 minutes past opening time.
