Super quick with and appt. Very nice lab technicians as well. The technician that helped me, she was very kind and talked so if you have issues with needles it takes your mind off that. I was in and out in 10 mins. No joke
This location does not keep appointment times. I arrived before my appointment. They had a code error and called but said I had to wait with no estimated time. I waited for 20 minutes and the front desk clerk never came back to the desk to give me my lab order back even after I explained I could not wait more than 15 minutes. I would not go here if you expect professional service.
I brought my father to get his annual check including bloodwork. The whole process was as effortless. We received a text message that our tech is ready for us one minute after signing in online over my phone. We were there for less than 5 minutes. A big thank you to Monica & the rest of the staff for taking great care of my father.
