I visited this location today for routine blood work. I arrived with a mountain of anxiety, but the staff members quickly helped me feel at ease! It is a friendly atmosphere where the staff clearly enjoys each other's company and cares about patients. The nurse who did my paperwork and drew my blood was exceptionally kind and talented, as she did an excellent job with the needle. I truly felt cared about and in good hands!
Heather did my blood work today, and it was honestly one of the smoothest and most painless experiences I’ve ever had. Blood work can feel stressful, but her positive energy completely changed the whole process. She was kind, warm, and so easy to talk to that I almost forgot I was even giving blood. Heather truly deserves a big thumbs up. I wish more lab staff could be like her because she brought so much positivity and comfort to the experience. Thank you Heather.
Fast and great costumer service
I was scheduled at the wrong facility so I didn’t end up having an appointment here but had been fasting so I walked in and was greeted by Jade. She was happy with nothing but positive vibes, took care of me right away and I was in and out within 10 minutes. I will definitely be back whenever blood work is needed. Thank you Jade and Vivian for the great customer service.
