Today was my first experience at Lab brow bar - I decided to book a lash lift and tint and was quite anxious after a previous bad experience somewhere else. Hannah was lovely, put my mind at ease and was super attentive throughout the appointment making sure there was no discomfort. My lashes look great, I’m super happy!

Amazing service - first time there and was blown away by the customer service and quality! Highly recommend, Morgan talked me through everything, asked what I wanted and checked in along the way - I will be back :)

This was my first visit and I had the lovely Rebecca, who was so kind and made me feel really comfortable. It was my first time having brow mapping, and she explained everything clearly and involved me in the whole process. At the end, she suggested going a bit darker for longer-lasting results, which I’m so glad we did. Even though it took a little more time, I never felt rushed. A great experience—I’m excited for this to become my new local!
