Maybe there are not thousands of reviews because this company takes care of us so well, we have no worries, and forget BUT I used this company last year and called today to set up my next service. I’m incredibly thankful to Jay at The Lab Autoworks in Woodstock GA. The man has a burning passion for MINI’s. He’s also obsessed with handling every element of repair the absolute right way. Brought my R55 in for a check engine light. The guys gave me a great assessment and made it easy to understand. 500 miles after repairs and car runs great, much better than all the dealership experiences I’ve had. They have a loyal customer now.
Amazing detail! I went in for a bumper to bumper. 2 leaks were found that I had no idea about, he sent pics & a very reasonable estimate! Super happy that I now have a trusted mechanic!
Did great work on my mini. Was very honest as well. He'll even work with you even if your on a budget. Definitely a true car loving mechanic.
