Love the positive energy here, I felt welcomed and supported when I showed up for my first class. The variation in workouts/exercises created for each day is really nice, it helps me feel like I don’t have to put too much energy into planning. Just show up and go!

Affordable personalized fitness with a commitment to results! Best gym I’ve ever joined and first one I’ve stuck with every week for over a year. Dedicated and passionate owner, trainers and staff. Offers individual or group trainings. Groups training is adjusted to each person’s abilities and the atmosphere is team oriented and supportive. I can’t say enough positive things about this gym. Try it out!

I’m always excited to go work out here. The atmosphere is great and Jake the owner is awesome! I am making progress with my fitness goals and I couldn’t be more happier. Lab Athletics is definitely the best gym around!
