Took my 4yr old son here for blood work and an x-ray. The ladies working there were so kind! They did an amazing job with my screaming son while drawing his blood, and they were incredibly understanding when he threw up everywhere. I was panicking and trying to clean everything up, but they reassured me that everything was okay. They told me they would take care of the mess while I took my son home. I wish I had gotten their names, but this was on July 20 around 1:30 pm. They all deserve raises!
Employees are extremely unprofessional. While waiting for my labs, another patient came in and responded to the desk attendant's questions awkwardly. They then made fun of him once he left the room very loudly for the whole room to hear. Taheera mocked his age and conduct loudly along with an older white woman with curly silver hair. The staff is very nice and attentive. If your Quest lab work is ordered by a doctor not from Baptist you need to bring the order. Still you need to pay $15 fee and walk-ins accepted which is very convenient. This office is at the first floor to the left. You will be seen very quickly if you come after 11:30 am.

Have been here twice now for important blood work for my two year old. Twice now, they didn’t draw the correct labs the first time and the second time it has now been 10 days and quest is saying they never received anything for him. Don’t ever take your children here if the results are time sensitive or important.
