The girl at the desk freaks out over silly things! She is mixing up her own emotions and professionalism. What my understanding is- her intension is pure, she wants to help but at the same time she needs to realize people are not here to work with her feelings. The staff was dismissive and wasted my time and money when a blower needed to be replaced under warranty.
Terrible customer service! The girl at the front desk literally freaked out on my partner for respectfully questioning one of her comments (and just has a generally confrontational attitude). The only reason I'm not giving them a 1 star is because they fixed my problem (a vibration in my wheel). I had a hole new brake job done, but then started hearing a high pitch screeching sound 2 weeks later. I came back to have it checked out. Not honest, trustworthy at all, in January 2024 i visited the store in order to change the brake pads, change the oil, i provided ceramic pads + the needed oil and filter and magnetic drain plug. regardless that they can't adjust the hand brake which is must to be done after the brake service for Volkswagen and Audi, and big system errors comes out which the lady receptionist tried to convince me it's my mistake.
