This is the best customer service I have received in Tucson bar none. The guys fixed my last chair and did an amazing job so I brought in my other chair as well. Both times they showed me what was wrong and offered to give me the parts to fix for free as an option. I just paid them to do it because I know my handywork, but the fact yhat they offered was real cool.
I eas very impressed with the Lazy Boy warehouse. They went over everything in detail with me. They wrapped the chair in plastic and loaded it in my truck. Excellent employees and very knowledable about their products. Thanks
