We bought two La-Z-Boy recliners for my mother, both with power reclining mechanisms, less than a month ago. One of the two chairs has already broken down twice. Each time it breaks, we’re told it takes two to three weeks for a service technician to come out — meaning the chair sits unusable for weeks at a time.
