Katheryn & Jansen were a great help. Very satisfied with the service. Would definitely recommend.
Ordering a La-Z-Boy online from the Richland store was easy and a no hassle purchase. Yavonne was most helpful with assisting me with the process. She found the exact recliner I wanted and walked me through the purchase. I highly recommend Yavonne and this store for your La-Z-Boy service. Thank you
It was easy working with Chance. He was super helpful.
Good product but couldn't get helped long enough to make a purchase. Sales staff were not interested in speaking with us, having other tasks apparently, and passes us off to other sales staff who was also more interested in helping a different customer.
We loved the helpful salesperson- Cathrine who showed us recliners for tall people. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. We love Lazyboy’s quality and comfort.
