Awesome!!! My La-z-Boy is 7 years old and still has a lot of life left in it, but the middle flat springs under the seat cushion broke. Called corporate office and will be getting 5 new springs, FREE just had to pay $17.00 for shipping,which to me is a bargain. Thank you for the Great Service.
I purchased a power lift chair from La-Z-Boy Chesapeake, VA store and cancelled it within their three day policy. Two weeks later, my La-Z-boy credit account had not been credited. I spoke to the sales manager at the Chesapeake store who said the sales associate was instructed to contact me and offer an additional discount if I would purchase the chair. The sales associate did not offer it to me. It would have been a nice discount and price but refuse to do business with someone who doesn't appreciate their customers.

Bought 2 recliners with 5 year warranty and have had issues with both. They say my warranty expired 30 days after delivery which it isnt and I show them on receipt so then they deny claim. Do not buy from Lazy boy!!!! You are not getting good quality and definitely dont waste on warranty.
Worst warranty service .left chair now 7weeks numerous calls to the San Antonio Texas warehouse with NO call back. Retail store not much help just wanted to sell another chair. I did buy another chair just at ROOMS TO GO.
