I have no complaints about my local La-Z-Boy store. My disappointment is with corporate customer service and how concerns are handled after the purchase. I called 1-800-375-6890 three times, and I wish I could say that even one representative demonstrated the customer service skills needed to handle a client’s concerns. I recently purchased a lift recliner for my elderly mother from the Spanish Fort La-Z-Boy store. However, I strongly advise against purchasing from La-Z-Boy. I purchased a lift recliner, and it ceased functioning. Since the second week of August, I have emailed, called, and visited the store, but no repair technician has been dispatched to address the issue. Stay away as far as possible from this brand. Sketchy business with shady practices. I had a horrible experience were their Robinson branch in Pittsburgh essentially robbed me
Do not purchase anything from Lazy Boy their quality is nonexistent and they do not stand behind their warranty. I even bought an extended warranty and they wanted to charge me to fix a flattened cushion. Please do your homework on this company. They actually called me a few minutes ago after they read my review. They offered me a discount to fix their problem with the same crap materials that they used before. Seriously what a rotten company. Again buyer beware they are dishonest!
