La-Z-Boy has the worst customer service. "La-Z-Boy Hell" is a real thing!! We purchased furniture and accessories at the Prescott Valley, Az store. One of the items was defective and the store refused to give me a refund. I was unsuccessful in elevating my complaint within the La-Z-Boy company. I can tell you the Arcadia office chair that they sell at Staples is terrible and they will not stand behind it if you call on the phone they will ignore you. You'll get put on hold for hours.
Horrible customer service and quite frankly, they should be ashamed of themselves for their after sales attitude. They don’t seem to understand that when a customer spends tens of thousands of dollars on a full leather product and further, agrees to buy the highest level of warranty, they should maybe treat this customer with just a little respect.
