Ordered 2 rockers. Not stuffed properly. No one would help us! Kept getting referred with no call back! I am out $$$ with absolutely no regard for my loyalty to lazy boy! Do not shop lazy boy! NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM LAZY BOY. I would give Lazy Boy a negative billions if I could. We purchased 2 leather recliners that were delivered in June 2022 after waiting 8 months for them. The one chair has been serviced numerous times….now all the padding is all broken down. We have been waiting months to get the chair fixed….first they shipped the wrong parts, then they shipped the parts to our old address, then they double shipped parts to our correct address, but parts are missing. For over 30 years we have purchased Lazy boy recliners, sofa and loveseat. In early December of last year, we purchased two new recliners from the store on the east side of Madison. Unfortunately, we were lied to on several issues. On top of that we paid the whole purchase price upfront. I purchased two chairs from a local La-Z-Boy retailer, and unfortunately, the legs were constructed with particleboard. Over time, one of the legs completely broke off. When I contacted the local showroom, I was told that La-Z-Boy does not guarantee their products. While they are sending someone out to repair the chair, I’ve been informed the repair could cost up to $100—which is extremely disappointing given the nature of the issue. I just purchased a new recliner and the quality is absolutely horrible. First thing I noticed once it was delivered is how far away for the wall it has to be in order to recline. Next issue I noticed was if you recline the chair all the way the chair falls over backwards. So reclining it is worthless. Now it's 4 and a half months old the padding is crushed.
